Resumo
In this episode, Amy and Lindsey discuss practical, biblical ways to share the Christian faith with unbelieving family members, friends, coworkers, and others. Rather than relying on debates or overwhelming people with apologetics arguments, they encourage Christians to begin with prayer, humility, genuine friendships, and a firm foundation in Scripture.
The conversation emphasizes that believers are already representing Christ through their daily actions. Effective evangelism is less about “winning” arguments and more about faithfully building bridges through authentic relationships, listening well, and treating every person as an image-bearer of God.
They also address common misconceptions about apologetics, the dangers of online hostility and cancel culture, the importance of preparing children to engage thoughtfully with differing worldviews, and when healthy boundaries are necessary instead of continued bridge-building. The episode concludes by encouraging listeners that God uses imperfect people, and humility after mistakes often provides a powerful witness to unbelievers.

So what is a “genuine friendship” – just a smuggling in of the ol’ ruse of “friendship evangelism” – a horribly dishonest move? Why would a person make a genuine friendship with anyone – how long does it last – what is the purpose, etc.
How about simply following the one simple, clear text those of us in Christ are given –
To give an answer (NOTE: NOT a canned “apologetic”) to anyone who ASKS!! – and do so with gentleness and respect?
What is wrong with the ONE method we are formally given in the canon??? Which takes one sentence to write out…
I should have made clear re: answer (but there is no edit option).
An answer is very simply the reasons why I personally have faith – essentially my personal testimony – nothing more – not a regurgitation of William Lane Craig or Mike Winger silliness – but our own personal experience. Anyone should be able to easily do that.
